ARTICLE I : The General Conditions of sales

The general conditions of sale listed hereafter are applicable to all orders placed with the company "Versade Fleurs".
All contrary conditions put forward by the client without written acceptation are inapplicable to the seller regardless of the moment at which they are brought to his attention.
The fact that the seller does not exercise one or the general conditions of sale presented here at a given moment cannot be taken to mean that he forgoes the right to exercise one of the aforementioned conditions at a later date.

ARTICLE II: Orders

All information supplied by the client at the time of ordering is taken as binding.
The seller cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the floral arrangement if the address or delivery details supplied by the client are false.
Orders are not considered to be definitive until the full price has been paid by the client.
Candle and dried flower product offers are only valid while stocks last.

The bouquets made up by VERSADE may differ from the photos shown on the Versade Fleurs Web site depending on the flowers available in season.
No refunds shall be given in the event of orders for fresh flowers subsequently cancelled by the purchaser.

The customer is entitled to subsequently cancel any orders placed for candles, dried flowers or plants, up to 7 days . In this case, please send us a cancellation email to: info@versadefleurs.com

ARTICLE III : Delivery

The recipient will be contacted by phone to fix the delivery hour.
However, if the recipient was away when the delivery should take place, Versade Fleurs will leave a delivery note in the recipient's letterbox.
Then, the recipient will be able to take out the bouquet at the flowers shop, 59 Avenue de Breteuil 75007 Paris
